The center aims to promote the culture of valuing human rights, freedom, gender equality, democratic values, and youth activism among young people. It seeks to encourage personal development, civil and democratic education, and creative participation.

The coalition comprises 34 social organizations, including those focused on human rights, women’s and children’s rights, the disabled, children and youth self-management, trade unions, national and sexual minority rights, consumer protection, and education.

The “Hands Up for Your Rights” youth campaign aims to promote the culture of valuing human rights, freedom, democracy, gender justice, and social justice among young people. It encourages young people’s participation in an interesting, fun, and flexible way, and promotes their personal development, civic education, and creativity. The campaign focuses on increasing youth participation and creating awareness of the importance of human rights, democracy, and social justice.
