MONFEMNET Develops Its 2023–2025 Strategic Priorities and Theory of Change

The MONFEMNET National Network organised a series of strategic discussions with its member organisations to define the Network’s strategic priorities for 2023–2025 and to develop its Theory of Change.

The process provided a space for member organisations to reflect collectively on the Network’s achievements, challenges, and evolving context, while identifying the key priorities that would guide MONFEMNET’s work over the next three years.

The strategy development process was facilitated by MONFEMNET advisor Dr. T. Undariya and was grounded in collaborative analysis and a participatory approach. Member organisations were actively involved throughout the process, contributing their experiences, perspectives, and priorities to shape the Network’s strategic direction.

Through these discussions, MONFEMNET sought to ensure that its three-year strategy reflected the shared vision and priorities of its membership and provided a clear framework for strengthening collective action toward gender equality, human rights, and social justice.
