Exchange Meeting Held to Share Experiences on Bullying Prevention

An exchange meeting on bullying prevention and response mechanisms was organized on the initiative of the Ministry of Education and UNICEF Mongolia.

The meeting brought together national and international organisations to share practices, effective approaches, and lessons learned from their work to prevent bullying and strengthen safeguarding mechanisms.

As part of the exchange, the All for Education! National Civil Society Coalition and its member organizations presented ongoing initiatives and programmes focused on preventing gender-based violence and bullying, while strengthening safeguarding systems in educational settings.

The MONFEMNET National Network also shared its experience implementing the “Safe School” approach in 15 general education schools.

Through this initiative, MONFEMNET is working to strengthen safeguarding systems within schools, promote safer learning environments, and support practical measures to prevent gender-based violence and protect children from harm.

The exchange meeting provided an opportunity for participating organisations to learn from one another, identify effective practices, and explore ways to strengthen coordination and collaboration in building safer and more inclusive educational environments.
